You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (UK)
We offer nationwide delivery across the United Kingdom.
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Carriers: Royal Mail, DPD, or other reputable couriers depending on your location and item size.
Standard Shipping: Flat rate or calculated at checkout.
Express Delivery: Available at an additional cost (if offered).
3. International Shipping

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on location, size, and weight.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their destination country.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs processes or international postal services.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos (if applicable).
