Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Return
- Email help@thefangirlnation.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You’ll receive instructions and a return address.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of your refund status.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any return shipping and customs fees.
Non-returnable Items
Gift cards, personalised or custom items, and sale items are non-refundable.
